I came from a different dentist office prior and this place has made me feel much more valued. The dentist is nicer and more skilled, the staff is better and more knowledgeable, and the cream of the crop Ariel. She has gone through hoops with my insurance. Never switching if I dont have to.

My experience with the staff and doctor here was incredibly positive. Ariel and Mckenzie were professional and so very friendly. Every step of the process was explained BEFORE any work was started. I was given detailed billing information prior to any services being performed; this made budgeting so much easier! Dr. Sean is amazing in skill and attention to detail. He constantly checked in with me DURING the procedure, to make sure I was doing okay. Dr. Sean demonstrates incredible expertise and artistry. Dr. Sean also has a great sense of humor, and is extremely kind. This office deserves recognition for the high level of care provided to patients. I am thankful to have found this office. If you are a person who has anxiety around dental visits, I highly recommend Dr. Sean and his caring staff of professionals! One of Vancouver's best!

Roots dental was a wonderful experience. All staff and especially the dentist was really a joy. Great work for my dental implant crowns. He was pleasant, helpful and had great experience. Really put me at ease. Highly recommend these guys.

Great place. They offer a super cool payment plan that not other places do. So it was nice to get my teeth fixed. My teeth have been with me so long. And they need fixed. Roots makes it easy. Ariel up front. Always letting me know when my appointment is. So I don't forget. Thankyou Ariel. I need to get the name of the dental assistant with the blue glasses. She has great food reviews

I chose Roots Dental because my regular dentist was booked far in advance. I came in and decided Roots was for me. They are friendly and helpful accommodating my schedule. An implant is not done quickly. Every step they made sure I was comfortable in knowing what would come next. The process is now complete and I am happy I decided Roots Dental was for me. Very professional from beginning to end. Thanks Roots Dental.
